I have been teaching Pre-K age group for 16 years, and this is my 5th year here at Glenview.
In my classroom, I focus on developing a strong, age-appropriate spiritual experience for my students, as well as providing a positive educational experience and building up each child’s self-esteem, confidence, and independence.
My classroom is a happy place, where we celebrate each success and foundational benchmark as it is reached. I strive to make learning a very fun experience, and I believe a student is never too young to start learning. Even though this is considered a “pre-school” class, we focus on new learning themes each week, including Science, Bible, and Social Studies, all of which are built age-appropriately for their individual needs and goals.
I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as one in General Education. I have served 8 years as a Parent Educator, and am also fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
I welcome new and/or prospective parents to come and visit my classroom and see us in action.
